Intrusive thoughts.
Perhaps, anxiety created intrusive thoughts in my mind discomforting me as if I will go mad. Please help me to get rid of such intrusive thoughts as others say that I am mentally as well as physically fit.

Hi Consult a psychologist and explain about intrusive thoughts. It is necessary to know what is making you feel anxious. A psychologist will help you manage anxiety and feel calm. I understand it can be uncomfortable to have intrusive thoughts. Over a period of time you will feel better.
