Hello Experiencing persistent anxiety, even when you actively try not to think about it, is a common issue. This often happens because anxiety can create a feedback loop: the more you try to avoid or suppress anxious thoughts, the stronger they become. This cycle can make it feel like the anxiety is unrelenting. Strategies that may help include practicing mindfulness, where you acknowledge your thoughts without judgment and let them pass naturally, engaging in regular physical activity to reduce stress, and talking to a mental health professional for tailored techniques and support. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is particularly effective for many people in managing anxiety by changing thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety. Remember, it's important to be patient with yourself and seek help when needed
