This is my x-ray for wisdom teeth, should I extract it or wait? Will there be any issues if I wait for a month or 2?

The only solution for this kind of situation is to get the impacted 3rd molar extracted. The more u delay the more will be the problems with increasing complexity.  It may jeopardise the health of the adjacent molar by causing caries in it, u may suffer from severe pericoronal abscess, pain with severe swelling or cellulitis. Medicines can only temporarily suppress the pain but the ultimate  solution is get it removed.
Next Steps
Visit a good dentist for evaluation and treatment.
Health Tips
Get an OPG and CT scan done for that particular tooth.

3rd molar is plunging into the 2nd molar. Extraction should be done. If you are suffering from pain, swelling or similar issue. It is an emergency to get it done. If there are no issues right now, like food lodgement, mild pain on biting then you can wait for some time.
Next Steps
after every meal follow a oral hygiene routine - do plain brushing after breakfast, do mouthwash after lunch and brush with paste after dinner.
Health Tips
as precautionary measure, apply hexigel over the 3rd molar area 2-3 times a day.

Hi..yes based on your x ray , extract it. Delaying might damage your next tooth leading to root canal. Remove impacted wisdom tooth soon. Regards Dr. M. R. Pujari, Marathahalli, Bangalore

Hi,  your wisdom tooth seems to be impacted.. Its better to get it removed before it gets infected.. Or causes decay in the next tooth by food lodgement.

Hi The impacted tooth X-ray does not show the full tooth. Only partially the tooth is seen.the best conclusion about the position of root to nerve can be made if you take a proper X-ray

It's better to be extracted as soon as possible to avoid decay in the adjacent tooth(next to the impacted tooth)
