Try to visit an ORAL SURGEON as soon as possible . General approach for such condition is get an OPG done 1st and then for finer details the doctor can do an IOPA. If pain and infection is much then its advised to take Antibiotics for a few days then plan an extraction (surgical removal) , the healing process will take around a weeks time if you will follow the proper instructions. You are having enough time before your marriage to become perfectly fine . The X-RAYs will also tell the condition of your other teeth and the tooth immediately adjacent to the problem area wether that is also affected due to the infection or not, if its also involved then it will also need treatment filling or rct depending on situation.
Next Steps
Visit an ORAL SURGEON
Health Tips
warm saline rinses, try to keep that area clean by doing proper brushing.

This will be a recurrent problem until that offending tooth is extracted..... it would be advised not to delay the treatment and get the extraction done as soon as possible..... she will be symptom free within a week and the symptoms will not recur again.... Regards.....

Hello sir, She has to meet a oral surgeon or a dentist to get the wisdom tooth removed.. prolonging the removal not only worsens the condition but also may damage adjacent teeth..

The best way will be extraction of the wisdom teeth. The post extraction swelling and discomfort usually last for around 1 week so she will have enough time for recovery if she goes for the procedure now.Kindly visit a dentist who specialises in Oral Surgery or a dentist with experience of dealing with such procedures regularly. They will be best to advise you. Best wishes for her marraige.
