Hi first get an iopar xray done then send it to me or any nearby periodontist then proper treatment will be planned. Then it is decided that u will go for extraction or operculectomy means removal of gum over the tooth.

This is pericoronitis. It should br kept clean. Proper cleaning should be maintained. If pain is not relieved then u should go for extraction of the tooth . Meanwhile u can go for warm saline rinses

Yes that is called pericoronitis if it is for the first time then u can wait or if it’s repeating then have To consult one oral and maxillofacial surgeon and remove it . U can start antibiotics and pain killer to reduce the pain consult one dentist ASAP
