This is linea Alba… it’s white in colour this line represents impressions of cusps of opposing teeth where they contact each other. So it’s nothing to worry. Also during periods of stress this line accentuates. You don’t need to take any medicine for it

It is normal nothing to worry , caused due to friction of your teeth & cheeks . But I can see cavity on your teeth so go for cleaning of your cavity to your dentist before it turns out to be big .
