Hi
Why you want to go for a supplement, just look into your diet and see whats wrong in your diet.
I always say take food as your first medicine.
Supplements only provide you the vitamin, Minerals or other nutrients which can be taken from the diet.
If you need assistance for fixing your diet and know what all you can include in your diet to be healthy in your thirties then you can contact me.

Hi, Ideally a well balanced diet with good physical activity and rest would not need any supplement. However you could take a calcium and multivitamin for few months then take break of few months and start again.
