Taking a scoop of whey protein powder post workout is good or bad ??
Please suggest if any other protein powder available naturally or better than whey
I wanted to reduce my lower stomach fat not maintaining abs gym coach has suggested to take whey protein
Daily with food I am able to get 90-100gm of protein

WHey protein doesn't have harmful effect , you can surely take post workout but its always better to take natural sources of protein.
Personally I don't recommend supplements and I recommend natural foods.
