It's been a month now I have been working out and from the past 2 weeks I am consuming whey protein (brand -myprotein) .My workout plan is good enough I think.I consume whey protein post workout and I maintain my diet throughout the day.But after taking whey protein I feel nauseous and choked in my gut which is there for almost 1 hr after I take whey protein and it gradually goes away after that.
