Hello, Protein is definitely good and is essential in everyday diet. But, whey protein are processed and all the processed foods and supplements come with their own set of side effects. So, you can easily add protein rich food sources in your daily diet. For direct consultation you can reach out to me on www.edietitian.in

Hi Flavoured or Unflavoured both types of Whey Proteins can be taken with milk. Advantages of unflavoured version of Whey Protein is, you can add in your recipes as well. Advantages of Whey Protein are: It absorbs quickly in the body and contains all the essential amino acids for healing muscles and helps in toned body.  Disadvantage are: It contains good amount of Sodium. Before using any Whey Protein, one should talk to your Dietitian or Doctor. Thanks - Nutritionist Himanshu Rai
