First you have to have routine check up your LFT , RFT AND LIPID PROFILE And ECG. Included a balanced diet. Depending upon your needs like weight loss or muscle built or fat loss. U need to start your gym excercise. And a good diet according to the calories needed.
Next Steps
Where you need more protein according to the weight and calorie needs whey protein is good. Creatinine I don't suggest.
Health Tips
Get a proper health check before starting anything new.

Get your routine blood tests done first including KFT and LFTs. If everything is okay, you can consume both of these safely.
