Please visit a nearby hospital to get complete physical examination. Fake/ expired goods causing stomach issues is a different scenario. What you are telling looks more like an allergic reaction and the fact that you have foam in urine and black stool can be signs of a more serious underlying cause. Urine can be foamy if protein is leaking or in case of infections. Black stool can either mean bleeding somewhere along your digestive tract but taking iron pills can also cause black stools.

You need CBC with DC LFT RFT Urine routine c/s stool routine and stool for occult blood. Also you need to get an endoscopy done to look for any bleeding in stomach.
