Whole wheat is good ,which fiber and low glycaemic value, easy for digestion . Alongwith eat plenty of vegetables for vitamins and minerals which support the metabolism and nourish the body. Alternately u can use multigrain atta also for roti. Also exercise, yoga, playing sports atleast for two hrs a day will keep ur body fit. Avoid maidaproducts, fastfoods, bakeryfoods, oily spicy masala, nonveg.
