Hello As we know jower is Rich in fibre ,fibre stimulates our digestive system .wheat is also good option wheat contains same number of calories also in more protein dietary fibre, calcium ,potasium, niacin, riboflavin. Include both in your diet take a alternative.

Make it alternate.. Both has its own nutrients. You need to take balance diet. Weather you are  doing gym or not.
