Hi Please take personalized diet plan as you mentioned sugar levels are high. Don't neglect and worry as it can be brought under control with proper diet plan and lifestyle changes. Take high fiber diet, sprouts and vegetables. Avoid potatoes, rice and high starchy foods. You can mix wheat with black Chana and nachni to make atta for making chapati. Take 5kg wheat mix 1kg Chana and 1kg nachni to make flour for chapatis Fill half of your plate with vegetables, salad and include more protein in lunch and dinner. Fruits ok but no Fruits juice.can use oats roti, multi grain roti, no gluten food, low GI/GL food allowed.but this all in general.  Butter to talk with your dietician for specific diet plan and advice.

Hi U have give food wich have low glycemic index food Like give him multigrain aatta roti and also incoporate protein in each meal like sprouts salad. No fruit juices Do exercise. For detailed diet plan u can book an appointment on practo app

High fibre ,high protein diet recommended in diabetes. Wheat is good but in limited quantity. Frequent meal ie after every 2 hr he should eat something. Avoid mango, banana, watermelon, grapes and chickoo in diabetes. Rest he can hv any fruit upto 200 gm daily. No fruit juices. Add complex carbs like jowar ,bajra ,quinoa in daily intake.
