What is the best diet?
Hello, i want to know if vegetarian food is  better than non vegetarian food for health? I am a non vegetarian but i am having health issues lately like high BP and weight gain. I am taking medicine for BP. but i want a natural way to treat my health issues. Kindly let me know. Thank you.

Veg and non veg both we can eat. non veg  less than veg..means veg food more always safer than non veg.for bp u can start eating lemon and other citrus food it will help u..drink more water and be telax dont tk too much tension..!

Moderation is the key . Can have both types. But have seen good results when you are vegetarian and ensure 5-6 serving of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Rest to correct metabolic problems like BP fatty liver right type and portion food should be taken

Both types of diet is good for health. But quantity is matter. You have to  keep balance in both way.

Healthy afternoon, Yes, vegetarian diet it can be healthiest way to treat issues. Bcoz we know plant based foods are loaded with nutrients to protect our health. A well balanced vegetarian diet can provide many health benefits, such as reduce risk of Chronic disease including obesity, coronary heart disease, hypertension. But don’t ignore non veg foods take at least less quantity. Bcoz non-vegetarian diet also has several health benefits because this foods rich in protein and vitamin B . So balanced diet is required.

Natural way to treat your health issue is to follow a vegetarian diet but its not compulsory to avoid non veg completely ( except for red meat ). .
