Hi, You did not mention about your what is the exact treatment going on. Well if your hormone balance and pcos problems are not  there, then you can surely start diet, exercise n a lifestyle modification regime.
Next Steps
You have to take care of your stress n sleep too. Hence check on that. Avoid carbs n sweets, have small gaps between meals. Keep yourself hydrated, have green tea at least once. Exercise daily including cardio, n some relaxing yoga. You can get in touch with any dietician around you. Also you can contact me, since I am too from Delhi.

Hello dear like you are saying you are not eating unhealthy food to check this you maintain your daily intake at least for 3 days by recall method then check whether really you are eating healthy food or not you can take help of mine in assessing your nutritional status. How much calories you're taking and how much is your BMR ,check the difference if its in negative side then only you can reduce otherwise not, so Firstly daily calorie requirements Secondly weight required to be reduced Thirdly how much calories you burn so by seeing all these factors we can decide what can we do.
