Dont know what to eat
I am a vegan but i have thyroid problems,that's why I can't eat cabbage and other important vegetables but I want to gain muscle .I read all those fitness magazines and vegan diet blog but sometimes I get frustrated because it's very hard for me to research on my own and I don't even know that my diet is right or wrong.what should I do?
