Weight problem
My age is 21 But my weight is 80kg and height "5.9" i regularly workout 2 to 3 hours ....but no result...i attmpt a three surgery of appendix or hernia..how to loss my weight

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

This shows your body doesn't respond only with workout , combine a high fibre and 1200 kcal diet or consult a Dietcian..so that you can achieve your target
