Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits greengram sprouts everyday.
Drink enough water,buttermilk,everyday.
Substitute rice with millets.
Walk,exercise,yoga everyday for one hour.
Sleep liesurely for six hours at night.
Avoid fastfoods,preserved foods,bakeryfoods,spicy oily foods.
