Weight loss
Unable to lose weight even with calorie deficit and 20 mins or more excercise everyday either walk or cardio. Ive switched to brown rice one meal a day and quit refined sugar and flour as well. I am 167cm tall with 83kg weight and had PCOS issues but now my periods are regular.
