Things can be controlled with right food . Food is a habit as you eat right you will crave for right kind of good , if you eat only junk n sweet carbs you will crave for carbs all the time . So fist thing is to drink good amount of water . No liquid calories . Third is choose protein n vegetables first thing to satisfy you . Carbs n fats should be like fruits n nuts means they also should be healthiest . Chat directly for detailed information and results which you can sustain .

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for post pregnancy weight loss customized diet plan for you.

To lose the weight gained during pregnancy,u need to start on a protein rich, fibre rich and low calorie diet.30 mins of exercise daily n 6-8 hours of sleep each night is also important.Avoid processed foods and packaged foods.

Proper diet plan needs you to visit as it involves assessing your body composition, calculating your BMR & caloric requirement & activity level, weigh, Ht etc. However improve protein intake, make dinner as lightest meal & Breakfast the heaviest. Eat small frequent meals
