Almost 2 to 3kg with in a month. But don't do it without helping or guidance of dietician/doctor.

Hi You can approximately loose 2 kg of body weight . But no crash dieting allowed. You can follow a healthy routine and also engage yourself into some activity like walking or yoga You easily loose weight without hampering your child health

If you are having balanced nutritious diet and breastfeeding you will definitely loose weight. Other than that you may also have some 15min walk two times a day. Have lots of water and liquid intake. Have lots of fruits , veggies and pulses.Skimmed Milk and milk products like fat free yogurt,paneer ,  smoothies in morning are also nutritious. These will not only help you in balancing your weight infact will also boost the lactation for baby.

Take balance diet for breastfeeding and you will easily loose weight as you are breastfeeding mother.  Pls do light exercise regularly and have meal according to your requirements. You can loose upto  3kg in a healthy way.

Gud morning a proper healthy nutrient dense diet with light forms of exercises for 20 to 30mins minimum at beginning recommended with strength training atleast 2 to 3days in a week for minimum of 20 to 25mins.pls dont do crash dieting.
