For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet , exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. For hair loss take high protein diet & apply home prepare paste on hair.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello Avoid crash dieting becoz of crash diet u loose  hair/ dull skin/ feeling weeknes/ mood swings Etc. - take diet from qualified dietician - and diet should be balance - 60 % carbohydrate/ 30 % fats% / 10 % protein should be there and other vitamins and minerls shoud be there then u will not get all this iaaues and u will loose weight as well

Hi For proper weight loss you should follow a personalized diet plan as weight loss is about the lifestyle change which you adapt for lifelong so always learn under the expert and according to your diet schedule, time schedule and medical history. _________________________ But for while you can follow the following tips which may help you to some extent  1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. And for hair loss you can adapt following dietary practices  € Protein is necessary for strong healthy hair as hair is made up of keratin which is a protein. So, include for non-vegetarians - lean meat, fish egg and for vegetarians - paneer, yoghurt, dals, peas, beans and nuts. € A deficiency of iron is the cause of dull and brittle hair and if not corrected, can lead to hair fall.So include iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables,tofu,broccoli ....... € Include a salad made with vegetables like carrot, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage everyday in your diet. Add sprouts to this salad .All this to ensure the supply of vitamins, minerals and enzymes.For low calorie dressings, use lemon juice. € Follow your grandmother's advice. Take 5-10 soaked almonds daily. These are high in minerals and vitamins. € Yoghurt (curd) is a wonder food as far as hair is concerned. So, take as much of yoghurt as you can. € Avoid overcooked, fried foods, confectionary items, aerated drinks which provide empty calories and have no nutritional value. € Coffee, alcoholic drinks and cigarettes cause a depletion of vitamins.So they not only cause hair problems but also many other health problems.

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
