My height is 5'2 and my weight is 73Kgs. Im mostly fat from below that is my thighs. Also off late i have started getting a belly. I want to loose atleast 5-8 kgs. Can you recommend.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Both are good for weight loss 70% diet &30% exercise. You have to make a healthy routine; Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk(300)ml daily Curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also In cooking you can use olive oil, rice bran , sunflower, saffola, mustard oil etc Can take artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4tablets a day) Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid rooty vegetables like potato , zimikand , sweet potato etc. Avoi aereated drinks Avoid pickles and pappad Avoid fried , processed, tinned , preserved food
