Hi! When you talk about weight management, you should have a goal of what you want to achieve. But at the same time, you have to make sure it is realistic and achievable. To lose 5 kg, I would suggest you to plan a month or two. With a holistic approach of eating right and physical exercise, it is not difficult to achieve.

U may not loose 5 kg in 5 days but u may need more days/months.Slow losing is safer and stable, quick losing is not advisable for health reasons. Eat 50or more percent of  vegetables in ur meal. Add whole gram raw green gram,cooked horsegram in ur breakfast. Eat a fruit a day,preferably papaya the best.,in-between ur meals.avoid fruit juice. Include gingely oil /  roasted gingely seeds in ur food. Avoid nonveg. Drink 3 to 4 ltrs of water a day. Chew the food properly and then swallow. Do not skip breakfast. Avoid maida products. Keep ur bowels functioning.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You cannot lose 5 kg in 5days no matter what you see on internet and YouTube.Weight loss has to be gradual and long term without adversely affecting your body systems. Exercise regularly, sleep well,control your portion size and avoid carbohydrates at night.Connsult personally for counselling and diet plan.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
