Here's a sample diet chart
Since you are indulged with lots of physical activity you should not skip any meal.
Breakfast is very important meal of the day.
Drink lots of water
Early morning : ( 5 Am- 6 AM ) : tea/ coffee with 2 biscuits
Prefer toned/ double toned milk
Prefer atta biscuits instead of maida.
Breakfast : ( 9 AM- 10 AM)poha/ dhokhla/ egg white
Mid morning : (11 -11:30 AM) fruit/ juice/ coconut water.
( Avoid juice if diabetic)
Lunch: (1-2 PM)salad + dal + sabji + rice
Amount of all should be 1 katori.
Prefer eating salad before food
evening tea: (5-6 PM) : tea / coffee with 2 biscuits.
Dinner : Same as lunch
