Hye, You need to check if you have lost inches. It is possible you need to eat as per activity level as well. Diets can plateau and you need to keep tweaking them. Sometimes we follow low carb or low fat and actually that backfires as your genetics may be different so consult me and I'm sure we can plan a more personalized diet for you.

Hi Well balanced meals, moderate fiber from food, plenty of drinking water around 2 to 3 litres, low carb moderate protein and low fat diet, low gi based foods, exercises both morning and evening, exposure to sun, reduce stress ( over thinking ) if possible that will help, small portion sized meals, only home cooked foods, no deep fried items even at home, active lifestyle, no sitting much, early dinner and gap of 2 hours between dinner and night sleep, good night sleep and enough rest all are essential and keep following.. Sudden weight loss or sudden gain in weight...both are not good.. Slow and steady is better.. Losing weight slowly is healthy , long-lasting and is sustainable.. Thankyou
