For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . cut down your calories, follow your 5-6 small and frequent meals with plenty of liquids, including lemon water with jeera twice daily in luke warm water, have salads in your each meals including some mild exercise with jogging if your bones are healthy, or joints having absence of pain. , 1-2 serving of low glycemic index fruits like, apple papaya, jamun, kiwi, guava with 1 small spoon of flaxseed on it, walk at least 10 min after eating with 1 cup of lukewarm water along with 30 min of brisk walk morning evening empty stomach, after 15 days of following this without cheating , you will loss maximum 2.5-5kgs as per my experienced. for more you can contact me anytime on practo.

Greetings!   Make sure your digestive system is functioning properly. Try to avoid over eating, if you have the tendency. Involve in regular physical activity atleast 30min.
