From last one month , every day in morning I walk 10000 steps daily , calorie intake reduced but my weight not reduce even 500 gm , my current weight is 99kg 180 cm height

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

U eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts as ur meals. Millets are good as rice,wheat substitutes. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night. Walk,yoga,play sports everyday for two hrs Concentrate on what and how much ur eating. Do not withhold ur natural urges. Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,nonveg. Include wholegrains lentils,horsegram,till,flaxseeds in ur food. Fill ur stomach with vegetables and sprouts raw which are possible.

You need to focus more towards diet as diet plays 70 % role in weight loss ,20 % role is of exercise and 10% role is of lifestyle. You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. It looks  like you have reached  a plateau in your weightloss status,never mind ,your calorie restrictions  and your over physical activity  has left no room for activating your metabolism , to burn calories with vitamin and mineral deficiency I suppose .
