You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi Avoid all out side food including juni food, processed food, sweet as well as fried food. Drink plenty of water daily. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning. In order to get regular periods.Its important to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (fish, chicken, dairy products, etc.), reduced carbohydrates(rice, poha, sweets, etc.) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc.)along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
