As u hav pcos issue ,limit all dairy and dairy products. For weight loss ,lncrease ur fibre intake such as fruits,green veggie and salad on the daily basis.

Hi Introduce high fiber foods. Control her portion size of the meal. Introduce protein in her diet . Don't give variety off foods in a meal. Avoid soya products. Advice brisk walking ,jigging cycling for 45mins.
