I am 25 years old and height is 5'5. I have been losing weight and this time I lost 2 kg in 2 months. I am very much concerned about my health.

Hey  Your stress plays an important role in weight loss Don't stress yourself The more healthy you more, you will release more tension. Also we would like to know your complete information like weight , any medical history or if there is any vitamins and mineral deficiency. You need to follow a complete balanced diet and choose foods from right food groups. Achieving an unhealthy weight gain can lead to many problems. So select wisely Try to follow 6 meals pattern in a day. Start with some exercises. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Increase your proteins i.e add egg, chicken, dals, soya, milk and milk products. Add some nuts to your diet and eat one banana in the morning everyday.
