Hai good evening, Since you have mentioned 'post delivery', are you a mother still breastfeeding your child? What's your delivery nature? (Normal or Cesarean) Since you are not using any medications and don't have any diagnosed conditions, don't go for any supplementations, heavy workout to loose your weight. It's quite natural to gain weight during pregnancy period and hair fall post delivery. You can change your lifestyle, diet and can do light workouts. In this time it's important to gain health for both mother and infant. Kindly focus more on that.
Next Steps
Gradually loss weight in a healthy way. A glass of hot water in the morning Add more garlic in your diet or have garlic milk (which is good for you and increase milk production for infant also) Add lemonade daily to your diet Eat salads, oats, fruits and vegetables (more quantity), eggs, fishes When you add more protein  based foods to your diet, you can see the difference in hair falling positively.
Health Tips
Do climb the stairs. Initially do it for 1 or 2 times according to your health condition. Then increase the rounds. Do mild yogas. Go for a walk. Have more fibre rich foods. For detailed information kindly do contact me. Have a healthy day!! 🙂 Thank you With regards Dt Chithira
