Respected doctor, Can i do plank exercise after c section? I had c section before 1 yr and 8 months exactly. Please reply me. Thank you

wait at least 8 week after surgery. Start with gentle & low impact exercise. Follow post pregnancy diet plan to maintain ur weight

Hi, 3 months post C section all type of exercises can be started be it weight training,cardio or funtional training.So planks can be done.
