You are 25kgs overweight. Follow diabetic and weightloss diet plan. For diabetic patients 4-5kgs loose in a month is okay.

Hi sir, Yes you can loose weight with this but this is not right way to decrease weight as this will lead to deficiency of many other important nutrients. Try balancing your diet so that it contains all food groups such as milk , meat,   pulses, cereals, fat , sugars and fruits. A salad diet is not enough to complete your daily requirements.
