You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized weight loss diet for you.

Greetings for the day!!      According to your height your healthy weight range is 70kg-75kg. U need to be reducing 10kg to reach your healthy weight. Supplements are not healthy and don't help u on the long run. You might regain the weight when you stop taking them. Also some of them are dangerous when we take them for long time. A healthy lifestyle change is required to reach your goal. A detailed assessment of your nutritional status, requirement, your metabolism is necessary to plan of the appropriate diet. I suggest you consult a nutritionist for the same. Some general guidelines to help Avoid intake of junk foods. Moderate them Avoid simple sugars Add fiber to your diet Always have veg(200g) in all your meals Add good quality protein foods Exercise regularly Adequate Sleep is a mandatory. Thank you

Eat a balanced meal like if your lifestyle is sedentary then avoid sugar, rice, tea and bread. If you walk mon 6000 steps then avoid only sugar and rice.
