I am fat from my bottom part , and planning to wear a gown on a farewell party .. please help me in reducing weight of my bottom portion.

What is your height and weight.females tend to have lower obesity.I can help with weight loss of 4-5 KGS per month.that too fat not muscle

Hi...., Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts.... Choose a low-carb diet.. Eat when hungry.. Eat real food.. Measure your progress wisely.. Be persistent Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications.. Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts..Exercise regularly..., brisk walk would help, drink plenty of water with lemon added...
