My weight is increasing day by day and tummy goes out , please suggest me how to reduce weight because i am also not consuming fast foods on daily basis but irrespective of that the weight is increasing.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Try to avoid supplements and meal replacers.. First start  walk atlkeast for 30 minutes to see changes If you are non diabetic  start eating atleast 3-4 citrus fruits  Try to eat daily 200gms salad and lot of green vegetables .  use less oil or try restrict oil as much as you can .  I need to take  detail diet history to paln your meals .   I can asuure you a positive change in your biochemical parameters in 60 days after following proper mela pattern
