Weight gain exercises
Iam taking now a days protein food like milk and fruits along with daily intake of rice etc. Is it compulsory to do exercises to gain weight apart from eating.i can't join gym ? So should I do exercises m? And what type of exercises

Yes workout is important to do in both condition loosing weight and gain Weight If you are not able to do so . Do the basic workout at home And discuss on other fact to get particular diet to gain weight

Hi Yes if you want to be healthy, gain weight to get normal ideal body weight than diet and exercise go hand in hand. Exercise makes your brain release happy hormones serotonin which improves your appetite, sleep and mood. Exercise has many benefits.  so take healthy diet, increase protein intake and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and do exercise regularly. Soon it will show you the results. Thanks

Hello. It is of obvious to have the right macro-nutrient combination every meal based on your requirement (calorie surplus to gain weight). But, combining a resistance training /weight training workout for gaining weight is very essential. This is because people who need to gain weight need to put on lean muscle. Gaining muscles can lead to a gain in body weight. This leads to a healthy weight gain and not just fat buildup in the body. Also, milk and fruits are not protein sources but will contribute carbs. So, try to include paneer, tofu, sprouts, eggs or meat for protein inclusion in your meals.

If you are still recovering from dengue, i would suggest keep the weight gain aside. Once you are back healthy I.e. your immunity is well and good, then you can focus on gaining back the weight. Which with a normal healthy lifestyle would be great for you.

In order to gain weight, initially you need to build on the body protein sources.so take proper balanced diet consisting of eggs, nuts, whole pulses, legumes, whole milk, ragi, jaggery. Then start with weight training.

Gud morning u can do strength or muscle mass gaining cardio work out n yoga for proper muscle  growth so as weight gain. Try to have a healthy balanced diet as well.
