Buttermilk with fenugreek is a good source of probiotic ,calcium and fibre hence can be consumed early Morning .
Hi, 1 small cup water during meal can be taken in small portions. However too much water during meals can dilute the digestive juices and lead to indigestion. Also fenugreek buttermilk can be taken with meals as a good digestive aid or can be taken early morning comfortably.
You can sip water bit by bit during meals but not too much. Even after meals, we shouldn't drink too much water. We should drink water after 30 mins at least after meals but we can sip water as per requirement during and after meals. You can have Fenugreek buttermilk in the morning, its completely okay.
