Drinking warm with honey as I wake up in the morning is better or for now in winters water stored in copper vessel overnight & consumption in the morning? Which is more useful?

Hello dear user, Happy and healthy  new year to you and family. Yes both of the water intake process is a right choice. Having no side effects at all. But it's also a considerable point about taking honey is that are not you a Prediabetic, Diabetic, and insulin resistance too. Must be careful for that. If you don't have any symptoms and issues like them then you can take it easily. For summer season you can take a copper jar overnight stored water. It will help you to improve your Gut to be more stronger.

It is wrong practice to have  honey with warm water , always hv with room temperature In winters this practice better than the using copper vessel , though what is better  for your  health depends individual requirements. If you feel low in energy in morning , Goal is improving metabolism honey water option , Or body morning requirement more hydration due vata imbalance you may choose copper vessel water . Take care

Gud evening pls try to use good brand copper vessel to keep water in that n drink from tht next day early morning after brushing teeth.
