Beef is a rich source of protein, which is required for the volume gain of muscle in low cost, but it's having many negative points to get red meat like beef or dog or camel or even lamb. It's better to take a advise for Customised Diet &  exercise plan from me.

Hi I will not recommend you to take any red meat like beef in daily basis as it will increase your LDL  as well as cholesterol level in blood. There are many more options of protein to gain muscles .Those healthy protein options you can take daily.

Hello, A protein rich food post workout is advisable. But beef has high content of fat. Lean meats (2-3 pc for lunch and dinner) is okay.
