For reducing belly fat u hv to follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

You can start exercising at least for 45 minutes a day, along with which simple tips to modify your diet would help you out. Increase the intake of 1st class protein coming from low fat milk and milk products and other animal sources. Include complex carbohydrates and fiber coming from whole grain cereals and pulses, bran of cereals, etc. Reduce the intake of processed foods, bakery items, sugars, etc. Also avoid the intake of oils, butter, ghee and other visible fat sources, rather intake the invisible sources coming from nuts and oil seeds.

Hi surely I can help you with a diet plan for loosing weight. But I can't plan it here without knowing your diet schedule ,time schedule and medical history. You should meet me or any other Dietician for a personalized diet plan. Always remember its not only a weight loss Journey it's about a life style change which you can adapt for life long so learn under the expert. For a while you can follow the following tips 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case. And always remember no particular diet works for the particular area , diet work on all over body. For particular area you need to do exercise with a combined healthy low calorie diet.

Hello -yes definitely - before that i want your  full history - likes dislikes/ diet recall/food preference that u r vegetarian or nonvegitarian etc - randomly i can not sugest any diet plan that u will not able to follow. -for weight loss 80%Diet and 20% excercise needs.
