Hi,
Taking less amount food in whole day, will never assure you to reduce weight, rather it provokes the reverse. You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet, which helps you to reduce weight and at the same time maintain all the vital functions. Your ideal body weight should be 60 kg on the basis of height. Include more vegetables, fruits and complex carbohydrates. Instead of taking 1-2 time meal take small frequent meal. To recommend specifically, more information is required.

Hi
Firstly kudos to you for avoiding fast food and doing daily workout.
But if you are working out daily and eating too less as per your bmr then you will not loose weight . Rather you will notice slight swelling/bloating in your body.
To help with your bmr calculation I need your height and weight details.
Kindly take an appointment for that.
Thanks. Take care
