Working out every day is very essential and good for health too..
Cardio 3 to 4 days per week is ok and hiit 2 days per week is fine..
Well balanced diet and healthy lifestyle modifications, and have more pre and post workouts and in between..

Exercise regularly is needed to be fit and keep your muscle active. You can do cardio exercises regularly. ( 5/ week ). HIIT if wish to do can do 2-3/ week rest can do cardio.

Week schedule for HIIT & Cardio
Duration for each
Repeatation of each set
Type of exercise
Some daily based cardio & some alternative day cardio is recommended.
