Hi Working out every day is very essential and good for health too..  Cardio 3 to 4 days per week is ok and hiit 2 days per week is fine.. Well balanced diet and healthy lifestyle modifications, and have more pre and post workouts and in between..

Hello! If you are with trainer at any gym, you should abide by your trainer & a good Dietitian.  You should be having High muscle power diet and balanced exercise that may include Week schedule for HIIT & Cardio Duration for each Repeatation of each set Type of exercise Some daily based cardio & some alternative day cardio is recommended.
