When you say you want to gain weight, you should be aware that gaining muscle mass is the right way of gaining weight. That is healthy weight gain. Make sure you do not gain fat mass.
While you do so, take care of your diet with respect to fats specifically considering the fatty liver.
- Have fresh vegetables and whole fruits for antioxidants and fiber.
- Stay clear of the saturated fats from deep fried foods and processed and refined products. Most fats in your diet should come from unsaturated fat sources such as oil seeds eg. Flax seeds. Use oils such as sunflower, safflower, rice bran, peanut, sesame etc. Use olive oil only in raw form. Change your cooking oil every 2-3 months.
- Choose the right protein. Have low fat dairy sources such as skimmed milk, low fat yogurt etc. Fish is a good source of protein as well as essential fatty acids.

Take right food
Avoid junck food or fried food for gaining weight by this you will gain fat mass which is not healthy weight weight gain
Take dairy product in moderation n in nonveg you can take only fish or chicken becoz u have fatty liver also
Drink enough water
