There is some movement at the waist because of attachments to the pelvis. Everyone has a unique gait pattern and if this has been since you started walking and If There is no pain you shouldn't try to remedy it. Having said that if this problem is a new one, check your daily postures, sleeping positions because sustained positions can lead to tightnesses which can be corrected with stretching and activation exercises
Next Steps
consult a physiotherapist for gait analysis
Health Tips

This is possibly because of some ligament laxity around the joints around your pelvis. Or it maybe because of some altered mechanics of the muscles around the pelvis.
Next Steps
You need a clinical examination to be done for now after which there is a possibility that u might be needing some investigations to be done.
Health Tips
Try to catct up with a physiotherapist or an orthopedician as soon as possible
