Pulling pain in left waist
I think I have overstressed my left waist area during cricket bowling practice. Now when I am seated in chair or bed for sometime and then try to move or standup, I am feeling a pull type of pain in my left waist which is resisting my motion and I remain bent temporarily for 15 sec.s; after which I can stand and walk normally without pain. During motion I feel no or very less pain. Injury is 3 week old. I am a right arm bowler and the pain is in left waist. I am 37. Weight 88 kg. Height 5'10".
