Take c. vizylac 1-0-1 x 3 days T. Emeset whenever needed for vomiting ORS 15 mL after each loose stool

Seems like food poisoning. Usually loose motions are self subsiding. Just keep yourself well hydrated.Take ORS. Take bananas and high carbohydrate  foods like potatoes,  sweet potatoes,  rice, lentils..

If you don't have any fever just keep yourself hydrated. Take ORS after every stool you pass. It usually is self limiting

Enterogermina respule three times a day  for two days. Tab ciplox tz two times for 3 days.  No outside food. Light diet home made semiliquid Khichdi porridge,  curd poha, rice curd. Banana as fruit.

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to outside food. Avoid outside food. Keep yourself hydrated. Take ors  liquid once litre per day in divided doses. Take cap. Bifilac 3 times a day before food. Kindly consult for more personalized treatment.
